We developed this product as an evolution of Overstitch Wheels.
The following are the key points of development.
1. to create 4 types of Cogs (3mm/ 4mm/ 5mm /6mm)
By making Cogs that are compatible with Diamond hole punches, we can handle shapes that cannot be sewn with Diamond hole punches.

2. To make it possible to change the Cog with coins that are close at hand.
The Cog can be easily changed using coins that you have on hand.
Insert a coin into the minus part of the screw and turn it.

3. To make a part of the body where the index finger can be placed.
We made a protrusion on the curled part of the body where the index finger can be placed.
We aimed to create a tool that is easy to work with, avoiding injuries such as cutting the fingertip with the rotating pointed Cog.

4. Two colors for the Cog.
The color of the Cog is divided into two types (black/gray).
It is easy to distinguish the pitch size by the color of the Cog.

①Ebony has a natural color and the natural wooden handle can be colored in Tan, Mahogany or Walnut.
Only the Ebony handle has two lines on the lower part of the handle.

②The cap on the handle is made of brass. It is made by hand on a one by one basis and there is a line on it to improve the appearance.
And also, the caps are fixed with tiny nail of brass.
