【What is MBT?】
MBT is an epoch-making sewing thread that is made by inserting a heat-bonded yarn into the center of three yarns during the twisting process, then melting the heat-bonded yarn by heat treatment, and successfully bonding the three yarns from the center. (See the third image).
Therefore, even if the twist is opened, the yarn tries to return to the original twist like [shape memory]. (See the 4th image).
Fibers do not open, making it easy to thread through the needle hole, and the lack of twist back makes for beautifully finished stitches.

【Processing to add WAX】
We aimed for an optimal condition that prevents the wax from sticking to the hand, while at the same time eliminating the floating of the thread (return of stitching) when sewing by hand.
Unlike manual waxing, where the wax is applied only to the surface of the yarn, the wax is melted and penetrates to the core of the yarn.

【Number of colors】
There are 70 colors in total.
We have made it possible to match the color of the work with subtle color adjustments.

【Material】
Polyester 100%
No fluffing, fraying, or breakage, which is characteristic of hemp yarn, and its durability is unmatched.
It is convenient because the end of the stitch can be fanned over a flame and crimped to stop it.

【Accessories】
Only #5 and #8 200m rolls come with a "stop net".
It prevents threads from unraveling and allows smooth removal of only the necessary amount of threads.
It also prevents dust from adhering to the threads during long-term storage.
