< How to set HIGH CROWN female metal fittings > ⬆︎
1. Punch a hole on the leather with Punch ( 4.5mm )
2. Fit the lower metal fitting under the leather sheet. Place the upper metal fitting over the tube. And make sure you can see enough of the tube in side of the upper metal fitting. You can’t set them if the tube doesn’t protudeenough.
3. Using the male of “Grove Snap Setter S”
4. Put the fitting in a suitable position matching to the metal fitting size on the Anvil (rectangle type). Widen the two bar lines (plate springs) inside of upper fitting and place the tip of setter over the tube. You should it lightly two or three times, please set the fittings, gently little by little, NOT by one heavy strong punch.

2. Fit the metal fittings into the leather sheet.
3. Using the female of “Grove Snap Setter S”
4. Punch the setter using the under side of the Anvil.
